At Rogue Investigations, we don't believe you should have to take out a loan to hire a private investigator. However, every case is different, and the complexity of the case determines the price. Our rates are a bargain considering owner has over two decades of experience as a private investigator. 

We operate in a 150-mile radius of Phoenix but will work in other cities statewide. Additional fees may apply for mileage, lodging, and weather conditions. Call for details

We are open 24/7. We work at all times of the day and night, including overnight. We do not just work from 9 to 5  behind a desk and close on the weekends. At Rogue Investigations, we know the city and are not afraid of the dark. 

Yes, we do, and quite often. We understand that issues and situations arise that are time-sensitive and need investigation. Such as a suspicious change of plans by a significant other or a series of strange events that happened to you or a loved one that just do not make sense. At Rogue Investigations, the more notice in advance, the better we can thoroughly investigate your case. We prefer at least a 2-hour notice, depending on our availability, location, time, etc.

The length of an investigation varies depending on the specific case, but we will provide you with an estimated timeline and keep you updated throughout the process.

Depending on the case, we will charge a flat rate. However, for surveillance cases, we charge a 3-hour minimum rate. Call and ask to speak with the owner for more details.  

Yes, Rogue investigations LLC is fully licensed and insured to provide private investigation services.

In Arizona, while you might be tempted to hire a friend or a retired police officer to gather evidence of infidelity, there are legal and ethical considerations to keep in mind. Here are a few reasons why hiring a licensed private investigator (PI) is generally recommended:

1. **Legal Compliance**: Private investigators are trained in the legalities of surveillance and evidence gathering. They understand what is permissible under Arizona law, which can help you avoid potential legal issues such as invasion of privacy.

2. **Professionalism**: A licensed PI has experience in conducting surveillance and gathering evidence discreetly and effectively. They can provide you with documented evidence that may be useful in legal proceedings.

3. **Impartiality**: Hiring a friend could complicate personal relationships and may lead to biased reporting. A professional investigator can approach the situation more objectively.

4. **Licensing Requirements**: In Arizona, private investigators must be licensed. If your friend is not a licensed investigator, they may not be legally allowed to conduct surveillance.

The main reason you should hire a private investigator is because  Arizona has a unique stalking law, and you could be charged with stalking.

 The Arizona law dealing with stalking is outlined in Arizona Revised Statutes (A.R.S.) 13-2923. This statute defines stalking as intentionally or knowingly engaging in a course of conduct directed at another person that causes the other person to suffer emotional distress or fear for their safety or the safety of their family, pets, or others with whom they have a relationship. Stalking can also include threats, electronic surveillance, or unauthorized communication.

A retainer is required in advance, and we accept credit cards, debit cards, cash, and certain checks. Venmo, Zelle, and Cashapp. A 10% discount is available for payments made via Zelle. Work will commence once payment has been received.
